What you send × how it's made, plus the stamp. No minimums under 500. Every price includes an envelope where there is one, pen-addressed or printed, your choice; postage passes through at face value.

How does pricing work?

From $4.60 per letter, plus postage (passed through at face value, no markup). The first 300 characters are included; every 100 characters after that add $0.75, because the pen has to physically write every character. Premium paper is an optional per-piece upgrade.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for self-serve orders through QuickSend or Compose — send one letter if that's all you need. Orders under 5 pieces carry a $0.99 per-piece handling fee, waived when paid from a prepaid balance. Sending 500+ pieces gets you volume pricing through an instant quote.

Can I cancel an order after I place it?

You have 30 minutes after payment to cancel for a full refund, before the letter enters production.

What paper and stationery do you use?

Standard is quality white stationery. Premium is a heavier cream cardstock, available as a per-piece upgrade at checkout.
