We write your letter with a real pen, hand-address the envelope, apply a real Forever stamp, and mail it via USPS. You don't have to do anything — most letters arrive 5–7 business days after you order. The first 300 characters are included; longer messages add a small per-letter amount. The first 300 characters of a letter are included in the base price. Every 100 characters after that add $0.75, because a longer message takes the pen longer to write. Example prices below use the We Mail It tier and standard paper for a single letter — the pen price is shown separately from postage, which is passed through at face value.
