About Premier Letters
Premier Letters (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website premierletters.com and the Premier Letters Chrome extension. We provide handwritten letter services to individuals and businesses.

Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Authentication is handled securely through Supabase Auth.
Mailing Addresses
We collect recipient addresses to deliver your handwritten letters, and your return address if provided.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may store your payment methods for future use if you opt in.
Letter Content
We store the text content of letters you create in order to produce and fulfill your orders.
Handwriting Font Data
When you create a custom handwriting font, you upload scanned images of your handwriting. We process these into a digital font stored on our servers. You retain full ownership of your handwriting data. We do not use it for any purpose other than producing your orders. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
Address Validation
We use USPS address validation to verify recipient addresses before mailing. Address data is sent to USPS solely for validation purposes and is not stored by USPS beyond the validation request.
Google Account Data
If you use our Chrome extension to import data from Google Sheets, Docs, or Contacts, we access this data only when you explicitly initiate an import. We do not store your Google data on our servers—it is used only during the import process.
API Keys
If you use our API or Chrome extension, we generate and store API keys to authenticate your requests.
Usage Data
We collect order history, template usage, and general analytics to improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill handwritten letter orders and deliver them via USPS
- To process payments securely through Stripe
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates, shipping notifications) via Resend
- To provide Chrome extension functionality for composing letters in Gmail
- To improve our service, fix bugs, and develop new features

Data Security

- Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant
- Row Level Security (RLS) is enabled on all database tables to ensure users can only access their own data
Chrome Extension Privacy
The Premier Letters Chrome extension has additional privacy considerations:
- The extension accesses Gmail compose window content only when you click the “Written Letter” button
- Google Sheets, Docs, and Contacts are accessed only when you explicitly choose to import data
- The extension stores your API key and draft content locally using chrome.storage
- We do not track your browsing history, keystrokes, or general browser activity
Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication and session management. These are essential cookies required for the website to function.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You can view your account information and order history in your dashboard
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export: You can request a copy of your data
- Correction: You can update your account information at any time
