Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Premier Letters ("we", "us", "our") provides a robotic handwriting service that produces handwritten letters, cards, and postcards using precision pen plotting technology. Our service includes font creation, letter composition, printing, and optional mailing via USPS.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of submission for a full refund. After 30 minutes, orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: If your order has a quality issue (illegible writing, wrong recipient, damaged in transit), contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

4. Handwriting Font Data

When you create a custom handwriting font, you upload scanned samples of your handwriting. We process this into a digital font stored on our servers. You retain ownership of your handwriting. We do not sell, share, or use your handwriting data for any purpose other than producing your orders. You may request deletion of your font data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to:

• Send threatening, harassing, or fraudulent communications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send unsolicited commercial mail in violation of CAN-SPAM or state laws
• Forge or misrepresent return addresses

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.

6. Address Validation

We use USPS address validation to verify recipient addresses. We are not responsible for undeliverable mail due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
