Partner Terms of Service | Premier Letters

1. Introduction

These Partner Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Premier Letters Partner Program. By enrolling as a Partner, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Partner Account

Partners are granted a white-label tenant with a unique subdomain and optional custom domain. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your partner account credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify Premier Letters of any unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

Partners may resell Premier Letters services under their own brand in accordance with their selected pricing plan. Partners must not misrepresent the nature of the service, send content that violates applicable laws, or use the platform for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

4. Pricing and Payment

Partners agree to the pricing terms of their selected plan. Premier Letters reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in this Agreement.

5. Content Responsibility

Partners are solely responsible for the content of letters sent through their tenant. Premier Letters reserves the right to review, reject, or flag content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Partners must ensure all content complies with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state-specific regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

Premier Letters retains all rights to the platform, technology, and proprietary systems. Partners receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for resale purposes during the term of this Agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Premier Letters may immediately suspend or terminate a Partner account for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, access to the partner dashboard and APIs will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Letters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.
