Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Premier Letters Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers and partners to Premier Letters. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must apply and be approved to participate. Premier Letters reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate at its sole discretion. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referrals as follows:

  • Customer referrals: percentage of first order value
  • Partner referrals: recurring commission on partner monthly fees
  • Tier bonuses: increased rates based on referral volume

Specific commission rates are communicated upon enrollment and may vary by tier. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies with a 30-day attribution window. Affiliates must use their assigned links for proper tracking. Self-referrals and referrals to existing customers are not eligible for commissions.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly for the prior month, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.00 USD. Payouts are processed via the affiliate's selected method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to account for refunds and chargebacks.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading or deceptive advertising
  • Bid on Premier Letters branded keywords in paid search
  • Send unsolicited email (spam) promoting affiliate links
  • Create fake accounts or generate fraudulent referrals
  • Misrepresent the relationship with Premier Letters
  • Use cookie stuffing or other artificial tracking methods

7. Fraud Prevention

Premier Letters employs automated fraud detection. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in commission withholding, account suspension, or termination. Affiliates found engaging in fraud forfeit all unpaid commissions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, the affiliate will receive commissions on qualifying referrals made prior to the termination date, subject to the standard hold period.
